❖ Personal, Medical, Travel Insurance.
❖ Any expenses of personal nature such as Room service, laundry, personal visit to places, etc.
❖ Any kind of drinks (soft or hard)
❖ Monastery entrance fees, camera fee, and monument guide services.
❖ Adventures activity like Rafting, Camel safari etc.
❖ Medical/Hospital expenses in case of illness
❖ The services of vehicle are not included for leisure day & after finishing the sightseeing.
❖ Any expense incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays /
rescheduling / cancellations, any accidents / medical evacuations, riots/strikes & etc.
❖ Any ReRouting of Tour beyond mentioned route owing to climate / road conditions will be charged extra at actuals.
❖ Any medical emergencies & costs incurred due to Illness of the passenger are to be born by the passenger
- Rates are subject to change at the time of booking and subject to availability.
- If any surcharges applicable in any of the hotels, during period of travel charges are extra, not included in the above cost.
- We are not holding any bookings; this is just a quotation. confirmation subject to availability. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month.
- Rates are based on current rates available. Prices may vary at time of booking.
- Standard Check in is after 1400 hrs and Check out is at 1000 hrs
- If the period of travel, the number of participants, the type of accommodation, the type of coach or the duration of the stay change, the quote will vary accordingly
- All service/ Hotels offered here is subject to availability at time of booking. If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
- AC will not work in Hills
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Company Will Not Be Responsible for Any Change in the Itinerary Due to Natural Calamity or Unforeseen Reasons.
- Any services not utilized, partly utilized are non- refundable.

Payment Terms & Conditions
- Complete amount (to be adjusted with the package cost) to be deposited at the time of booking.
- Remaining amount can be deposited in EMI
- Full and final payment to be paid 30 days prior to departure.
- Cancellation 60days prior to departure: 50% of the total amount will be refunded
- Cancellation 35 days prior to departure: No amount will be refunded
- Surcharges apply for any trade fair/special event/weekend OR any other event in city.
- Child age à 2-11 Above 11 years is considered as an adult.
- All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
- No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, Sightseeing tours.
- We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
- We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
- We are not responsible for any unavoidable circumstances/calamities.
